Part Time Administrator - £12.00 per hour – Ongoing Temp - Peterborough – Office based Global Logistics Company is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their client Events team. This is a temporary part time role to start ASAP for an initial 6 month period and will pay £12.00 per hour. Working hours 9am to 3.30pm (with 30 mins break,) Monday to Friday. Must have own transport due to location The main duties of the Administrator will include: Provide administration support to the event team delivering events across the UK & Ireland. This is an integral role to support the team with administration support to a key account. Maintain effective and collaborative relationship with the team, clients, suppliers, internal colleagues and other stakeholders (internally & externally). Work closely with the Event Manager, Operations team and the DHL demo team. Manage payments as instructed. Manage and keep the Financial trackers updated Look after consumable items that support with events and re stock when required Take minutes and update actions for the weekly customer meetings The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Previous Administration experience Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail Excellent client and customer service skills IT proficient including MS Office packages Strong communication skills Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
