Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Working closely with the NHS Wales Health Boards, along with other healthcare facilities and institutions in Wales. You will provide your expertise and professionalism to ensure the well-being of patients. Key Responsibilities: Conducting initial patient assessments and triaging based on the severity of their condition. Administer medications and treatments prescribed. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices. Requirements: Valid and active NMC Registration. 12 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with A&E expertise. Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
