I am recruiting for a global organisation based in Belgium that requires an Analog Design Manager. You will be responsible for managing the team that is responsible for the entire IC project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to mass production support, covering specifications, design, verification, and evaluation. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Coach and assist your team Ensure compliance. Define, execute, and monitor the team's roadmap. Assess and mitigate operational risks. Resolve issues and enhance workflows. Plan assignments, manage competencies, evaluate performance, and hire as needed. Control team and project budgets. I am looking for an experienced analog designer with over 10 years in the field with a few years of leadership experience. You should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate with technical teams.
