Architect, Birmingham £35k - £42k DOE For more information contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment ASAP! Opportunity for a design focussed Architect or Designer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Urban Design, Planning and Landscape. Location: Central Birmingham Collaborating with a diverse team on various project sectors, primarily in residential-led masterplanning and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in these projects and be focused on the concept design, detailed stages, and project delivery. The Role: Working in design concept stages along with Project Delivery Feasibility and specifications Producing presentations Masterplans Co-ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionals Liaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule Relevant qualification with UK based experience Good working knowledge of UK building regulations Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Strong design skills The ability / willingness to deliver projects. Proficient in Vectorworks is desirable but not essential Preferably experienced in designing commercial, residential and mixed use projects Offering excellent benefits including generous annual leave, annual bonus, healthcare scheme, and a competitive salary.
