Join a high-quality house builder based in Worcester as an Architectural Technician. I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience in producing house builder drawings, either within a consultancy or for a house developer. You will be supporting the Senior Architectural Technician in this role. What makes this position unique is the diversity of projects. The role: Producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages Assist in producing and maintaining the standard house type portfolio Building regulations Lisaising with the internal engineering team and external consultants Assist the planning team with pre applications and planning application packages You will need to have 12 months experience working on new house developments Experienced producing working drawing packages Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup is a advantage Up to date on all UK building regulations and NHBC standards Passionate within high quality design Offering excellent benefits to include generous annual leave, healthcare, electric car scheme, cycle to work and discounted gym memberships.
