Ready for the next step in management with the UK’s largest Automotive service. We’re currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join us at Chetenham. This is a really exciting time to join. Cheltenham is soon to be one of our flagship centres, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the centres success. This isn’t your average centre; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment. Working alongside the Centre Manager, to provide productive management and leadership and driving profitability. With a firm focus on the customer journey, the centre team will be around 12, including a workshop controller, skilled technicians, and customer services advisors, to deliver a seamless experience. To be a success in this role: You’ll have the desire to help drive business performance, be passionate about the customer experience, and looking for a long-term career with excellent progression and training schemes. Technical experience is not essential. • £32,136 - £33,207 per annum per annum • Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more) • 5 days a week • Earn extra with our refer a friend scheme – T&C’s Apply.
