Assistant Site Manager EXETER Long term contract An inspiring regional development firm currently on site in Exeter with a new build accommodation development is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Assistant Site Manager for a contract opportunity, The scheme has a further 12 months plus to run and they are in need of a capable and driven candidate to assist on the externals packages by managing the supply chain, overseeing Health & Safety, checking Quality and ensuring the correct flow of information between the teams. Reporting into a Senior Manager, it's essential that you have Tier 1/Major contract experience on projects of £5m+ (Student accommodation ideally) . In addition to having sound communication skills and a motivation to deliver, you should also have the usual SMSTS, First aid at work and CSCS qualifications. The team has vast industry experience meaning this is the perfect setting and a great project on which to grow and develop in the Site management role.
