I am looking to speak to Assistant Site Manager's required for a project near Bude, for an award winning, developer. You will need to be an experienced and self-motivated Assistant Site Manager, with a background in housebuilding. Hold good NHBC knowledge, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering quality homes exceeding customer expectations. You will need to be a proven assistant with time served experience. You will monitor quality and delivery on site, be responsible for dealing with trades and deliveries. You will be confident in your approach and able to build rapport quickly with trades and both internal and external contacts. Reporting to the site manager, you will have a high regard for H & S, with effective communication and organisation skills, as you will be dealing with customers and external agents. Working on a large scheme, traditional build, mix of 2,3&4 beds, plus flats. Attributes and skills needed: CSCS First Aid Experience in a similar role. SSSTS or SMSTS Good NHBC knowledge Strong regard for H & S Excellent communicator Organised Ambitious and wanting to progress.
