    Voor de vacature als assistent shopmanager te Maasmechelen zal je volgende taken uitvoeren :

  • Je overloopt dagelijks de kpi's samen met jouw collega's

  • Je adviseert de klanten waar nodig

  • Je helpt mee met de orde en netheid van de winkel

  • Je coacht en ondersteunt het team waar nodig

  • Je staat actief mee op de werkvloer

  • Je zal uurroosters en dagplanningen opmaken

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid en kan je mannetje staan zonder jouw collega manager

    • Voor de vacature als assistent shopmanager te Maasmechelen zijn we op zoek naar het profiel met volgende competenties :

  • Je hebt al een ruime 3-4 jaar ervaring als assistent manager

  • Je hebt ervaring in de fashion

  • Je kan je flexibel opstellen om in shiften te werken.

    • Indien je de late shift werkt werk je tot 19 uur - Op Feestdagen is onze winkel ook open & worden de gewone openingsuren gevolgd.

  • Je bent bereid tot weekendwerk, dit gezien onze winkel zowel op zaterdag alsook op zondag geopend is.

  • Je weet wat kpi's zijn en kan deze ook overbrengen naar het team

  • Je hebt een hands in mentaliteit

  • Je hebt zin in meer en zin in verantwoordelijkheden te nemen

  • Je kan een team leiden en ondersteunen waar nodig

  • Je kan werken met technische systemen

  • Je bent zeer modebewust
