Associate Electrical Engineer Cardiff £60,000 - £75,000 New office! The company There is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Electrical Engineer to establish and grow a new regional office based in Cardiff. The company are a dynamic practice at the forefront of low energy building design, working in a range of industry sectors and providing high quality, functional and comfortable building with little impact on the environment. What should you expect? Engaging with clients from multiple projects at various stages. Supervise the production of drawings in 2D and 3D design using AutoCAD/Revit Engage with design teams and clients during the design phase of projects. Co-ordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Financial management of projects. Monitor progress and taking a leading role of contact between client and team. Managing a team and winning work. What are we looking for? Chartered engineer A minimum 10+ years’ experience in designing electrical systems for buildings. A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong client skills Projects with a view to increasing management and leadership responsibilities. Skilled in software such as Amtech, AutoCAD, Revit, IES or Dialux Interest in responding to the climate emergency.
