Key responsibilities include managing a team of 10 Architects and Architectural Technicians, overseeing project delivery, and demonstrating excellence in conceptual design and outstanding leadership abilities. The consultancy are a small multi-disciplinary working across Planning, Architecture and Lanscape Design. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career to the next level with a reputable company working in prestigious projects within mainly bespoke residential.   Responsibilities – Qualified Architect Project Delivery Assisting with design development, product information Creating presentation drawings and 3D visuals/renders Liaising Clients to understand their business goals Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards Managing planning applications, and building regulations Solving any issues that may arise Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines Assist on planning applications and appeals Visit site for inspections Assist in business development Project delivery across all RIBA stages Recognised RIBA Part III qualification Excellent communicator, ambition and willingness Knowledge of UK best practice standards and UK experience Experience of ArchiCAD would be desirable however not essential This is an excellent opportunity to be working in a beautiful part of the country with a friendly sociable team.
