Audit & Accounts Manager Location: Spalding Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (based on experience) Benefits: Paid Overtime Time in Lieu 25 Days Holiday Additional 1% Employer's Pension Contribution 50% Contribution to Private Medical Insurance Death in Service Benefit Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Spalding. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 4 employees, ensuring high performance and professional development. Oversee and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage and review accounts preparation work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications and Experience: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role, managing both audits and accounts. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
