Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring that all assignments are completed to the highest standards within specified timeframes. Conduct complex audits and provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to junior team members. Identify and communicate any potential risks or issues to clients, offering proactive solutions and recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and acting as a trusted advisor on financial and business matters. Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance audit procedures and methodologies. Qualifications and Experience: ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion. Previous experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice, preferably within an audit-focused position. Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
