Your next adventure starts here...As the VP of Product, you will develop, deploy and lead the Global Product Strategy playing a pivotal role by taking ownership of our products and making pricing decisions. You will through product management improve customer retention and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the value propositions and leverage expansion opportunities. We are looking for an experienced VP of Product who has a track record of successfully developing and evolving product ranges across key territories.What can I expect to do: Craft and implement product strategies that resonate with our business objectives, driving innovation and setting us apart from the competitionOffer strategic direction and vision for the product management team, establishing clear goals and priorities to align with overarching business objectives.Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing the necessary guidance, coaching, and support to fuel performance and professional growth.Champion the product vision, goals, and priorities, ensuring they’re understood across all levels of the organization.Build a high performance, customer first commercial culture, to fully optimise growth & profit. Continue to look for ways to improve and innovate whilst managing costs.Develop the talent pipeline at all levels to ensure future resourcing needs are nurtured and developed to support a scaling businessDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet both customer needs and business goals.Define product requirements, features, and priorities, and effectively communicating them to development teams.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.Lead product roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and managing trade-offs effectively.Serve as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to drive awareness, adoption, and success of our products in the market. What would make me successful in this role: You have proven experience in product management leadership roles within high performing B2B organisations specifically within the automotive industry.You have managed mid-size teams focusing on product ownership, UI/UX designers and are able to manage internal and external stakeholders through product lifecycles.You will have an in-depth knowledge of user experience design to advocate for customer needs and requirements.You will have strong organisational and project management skills to oversee the product development lifecycles.You work well under pressure in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.You are analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail.
