A Day in the Life of…

As Restaurant host & Bartender, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the food and beverage department throughout the hotel.

Your role will also include:

• While taking orders, preparing drinks and delivering orders, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to each guest in line with brand standards in bar, restaurant and at banqueting events.
• Work closely with all colleagues to ensure a well rounded and coordinated service is delivered on each shift.
• Monitor guest feedback and deal with any queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Being an ambassador to the brand 
• Organise a smooth shift transfer and make sure stock control of the restaurant & bar is well organised.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in F&B, preferably in a branded property. 

You must have excellent communication skills.
