BMS Technical Manager - £60,000 We are representing a nationwide BMS company who provide wide range of services across the UK, Due to sheer growth they are seeking a BMS technical manager to join their growing team. Salary Package: £55,000 - £60,000 40 Hour Working Week Company Vehicle Duties: BMS Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Building Management Systems, ensuring they meet the specific needs and requirements of clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS solutions seamlessly with existing building infrastructure. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects within established timelines and budget constraints. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise in BMS design, programming, and troubleshooting. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BMS technology to recommend and implement improvements. Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous improvement of skills and knowledge. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of BMS installations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their BMS needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. Training and Documentation: Develop training programs for internal teams and clients on BMS operations and maintenance. Create comprehensive documentation for BMS projects, including specifications, drawings, and manuals.
