Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Business Partner/ Finance Analyst for a growing organisation near Llantrisant, Wales.The Finance Business Partner / Finance Business Analyst is responsible for collaborating all key activity - whether it being data analysis and reporting, industry trends . Coordination for cost saving initiatives, and supporting other key business analytical activity. As this role develops you will be deployed to examine commercial opportunities through the business through data analysis, partnering closely with the senior management teams across operations and finance. The Finance Business analyst will be expected to identify opportunities throughout the organisation; quantify the potential and execute and deliver the saving. Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, and demand forecasts, with further scope to analyse other business activities.On offer:Salary of from £50,000 to £65,000 plus car allowance, bonus, private medical insurance, pension and life assurance.
