Motor Claims Triage Handler (office based Norwich) Hours: 35 hours per week Duration: 3 months initially Pay rate: £13.14 per hour Flexible shift pattern Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 Are you passionate about delivering brilliant service and ensuring customers get the help they need when they need it most? An Insurance company is seeking experienced Call Centre Advisors to support their Motor Insurance team at their offices in Norwich. These are temporary positions to start by 10th June 2024 for an initial 3-month period The roles will initially be office based, then moving to hybrid once trained. The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls to support customers with non-complex queries and guide them to the appropriate onward claims journey. The successful Call Centre Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills The ability to be empathetic towards customers Able to explain things to customers in a clear and understandable way Able to offer the right solutions and signposting to customers based on their individual needs Experience of working in insurance is desirable, but not essential These roles will be subject to vetting checks.
