As our Capability Building Intern, you will have the chance to: Lead Your Own Training Project: Gain hands-on experience from discovery to delivery of training programs. You'll follow the entire lifecycle of a training program, giving you valuable insights and practical skills. Curate and Research Content for Training Programs: Dive deep into various resources to research and curate comprehensive training programs that meet our organization's needs. Create Engaging Video Content: Assist in creating and editing captivating videos that will be used across various training programs. Your creativity will play a key role in making our training content engaging and effective. Manage and Facilitate Training Events: Play a crucial role in managing our training events. This includes facilitating training sessions, ensuring seamless coordination, and resolving any queries that arise before, during, and after an event. Leverage Technology: Utilize your expertise in technology to design effective training programs. Work with a variety of tools such as Articulate Rise, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and MS Office 365 to create top-notch training experiences. Your Skills and Experience We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is: Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory University student interested in developing career in tech field Looking for at least 6 months part-time/internship program Tech savvy approach An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude Able to use English for communication with colleagues and managers as from abroad on daily basis MS Office 365 Experience with video & graphic creation and the referring tools Basic (Instructional) Design Knowledge Basic understanding of Human Centred Design Ability to collaboratively work in a virtual team, good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with internal stakeholders Individuals who are good in paying attention to detail
