EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW Within this role you’ll work as part of a team working from Hinkley and covering the region of Wolverhampton, to carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems. This will involve analysing pipe conditions with state-of-the-art surveying equipment to produce high-quality reports in both pre-planned and reactive settings. These reports will help the Waste Network Team strategize and prioritise damaged assets accurately to continuously improve our network proactively. The key element of this role is being able to use and diagnose the faults using coding, this allows a report to be curated and then the work to repair can be distributed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE Applicants should be able to demonstrate prior experience in the drainage industry and should hold an OSX certificate, a high-pressure water jetting certificate, and an up-to-date Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. A Class license is desirable but not necessary. A full UK driving license is necessary. A passion for doing a quality, right first-time job, together with good attention to detail, to ensure you get to the root cause of issues and get them fixed. Carrying out CCTV surveys of drainage systems to maintain, diagnose and determine the most appropriate solution. Liaising with other departments including our control centre, operations, and maintenance and the ability and desire to build strong relationships with customers.
