Description
An interim CFO is required for this entrepreneurial global healthcare business located in Manchester. PE backed, the business is on a growth trajectory and this role will be outward facing. We are looking for someone with experience in dealing with investor relations, Joint Ventures and exit(s). A robust leader capable of challenging shareholders, steadying the ship and scaling up. You will have worked in a regulated environment and be a strategic decision maker with a good understanding of a company's journey to exit. This is an on-going interim assignment working with the CEO in driving change, getting the business to a stage where a permanent CFO will be appointed. Must have flexibility to meet with US when necessary. Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
