Are you an experienced Chef De Partie looking for a brand-new exciting opportunity? My client is a luxury beautiful independent hotel, set within gorgeous grounds, that offers elegance to all its clientele. They are looking for a hard-working talented Chef De Partie to join their back of house team, providing high quality meals to all clientele in the hotel’s rosette standard kitchen. Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation. Kitchen Staff are offered off-site staff accommodation at £60 per week and includes bills. (Food and internet not provided) The main duties and responsibilities of the Chef de Partie will be: Preparing high quality meals in line with the menu and recipes provided. Suggesting daily specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients. Liaising with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure an exceptional service is always provided. Training and development of all staff under their supervision. Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with suppliers when required. The ideal Chef de Partie will: Be an experienced chef, ideally having worked in a hotel kitchen before. Have a rosette or similar level background. Be confident in menu creation and different cuisines. Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergens, health and safety and exceptional knife skills.
