Role Responsibility All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification.All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.Correct use of equipment/ utilises are adhered to.To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.To ensure the cleanliness of the KitchenVisual hazard check of kitchenCorrect PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all timesKitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements The Ideal Candidate Previous Chef ExperienceBasic Knowledge of food hygieneFlexible working patterns Package Description £11+ Depending on experience and role Matchday and Non matchday Evening and weekends
