Cleaning Team Leader Exceptional Team Environment Great company Benefits We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cleaning Team Leader to join a superstore in Central Birmingham. The successful candidate will be flexible to work shifts across a 7 day week, maintain high standards of cleanliness and have proven experience cleaning and leading a team. Key responsibilities: Overseeing a team of around 10 people Organising shift patterns to meet business requirements Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor Cleaning and maintaining the premises to a high standard Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required Attention to detail Requirements: Good communications skills Team leading experience Great organisational skills Initiative due to having to make decisions and lead a team. Benefit: 30 Days holidays Automatic Birthday day off Staff night out quarterly Free Parking Out of the clean air zone Hours of work for the Cleaning Team Leader are varied between Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 16:00pm however there is the opportunity of flexible working.
