Co-ordinator - 3-month contract Are you currently looking for a short-term assignment? Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Co-ordinator on a 3-month contract working for our client based just outside of Aylesbury. Hourly rate: £12.03 Hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm Duties: Handling day-to-day orders Proactively taking calls and handling client emails promptly Arranging deliveries and collection via drivers and planning drivers' routes and costings for each job daily Maintaining and updating the online system for stock control and condition of equipment Proactively taking internal and external calls and handling emails or clients Keeping within client budgets Producing H&S reports, risk assessment Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are met Booking and liaising with drivers and suppliers Ensuring all documentation is completed Requirements : Transport due to the location of work Experience in planning and organising Strong consumer knowledge & experience MS Office packages proficient, including Excel If you would be interested, in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
