Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Company- Central Belt - Salary up to £45,000 DOE CBW have a new opportunity for a commercial gas engineer to join a specialised contractor on a permanent basis covering the Central Belt area. This is with a company who specialise in the facilities market. Most of the clients are based Central Belt however there will be occasional travel to Aberdeen and Newcastle. This is a growing business within the Scotland market therefore an exciting time to join them! Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties Self delivery of smaller installations Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required Reactive and planned commercial maintenance Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationships Person Specification: Commercial gas qualifications – COCN1 CORT1 CIGA1 TPCP1 and1A ICPN1 Ability to service and fault find on commercial gas appliances using electrical testing equipment Ability to use own initiative to problem solve in challenging situations Industry standard completed apprenticeship Full clean driving license Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support the role and all members of the team Able to work alone under limited supervision Able to operate hand held electronic device Package: Salary £45,000 40 hour week Door to door travel Fully expensed van / fuel card / mobile 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
