Mobile Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer - APPLY TODAY COMPANY My client have been successfully operating for over 35 years within the mechanical and electrical industry. In total, they employ around 90 engineers across the business with a mix of Mobile, Foot Mobile & Static Engineers across a variety of different disciplines including Gas, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, Fabric etc. They specialise within Commercial Offices in London but also have a lot of contracts in retail and also have Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and RBS THE POSITION – MOBILE MECHANICAL ENGINEER • Monday – Friday • 8am – 5pm • 41.25 Hour Weeks They are seeking a mobile commercial gas engineer to join the team. This mobile role will be covering London & The Home Counties working across their entire portfolio of clients. The position will be carrying out service, maintenance, breakdown & repairs to to al plumbing l mechanical plant, such as : . Plumbing PPM's and repairs · Pumps · Motors · Unvented Cylinders · Hot & Cold-Water Services · General Plant Room Maintenance · Strainers · Valves/Actuators · Invertors You will be expected to also carry out PPMs & Reactives across FM some of the time. SALARY & PACKAGE • £42k • Van & Fuel Card • 25 days holiday + bank • 1 in 10 call out – £65 Standby • Annual Salary reviews • Overtime Paid @ x1.5 & x2 • Bonus Schemes (will explain more at interview) • Company Pension Contribution is 3% • Expenses • Tools Insurance • Mobile • Ipad • Uniform & PPE • Recognition Scheme • Well-being Calendar
