We are currently seeking a Business Travel Agent to join our Portuguese team.

The ideal candidate will have a Great knowledge in GDS tools (Sabre or Amadeus) and Corporate Travel.
This is a full-time, 1 year contract with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Position: Business Travel agent
Location: Portugal, Remote
Language: French Fluent + English B1 / B2 at least, (conversational) 
Salary: 1400 gross per month + Extra pay: nights (+25%), Sundays and public holidays worked (+50%)
+ Meal allowance + Health insurance Tranquilidade
Starting date: To confirm
Type of contract : Fixed-term contract, 1 year renewable - 40 hours "
Working hours (CET time):  24/7 **Actually mainly 3pm to 00:00.
((Weekends and public holidays worked: French public holidays + certain Belgian, Swiss (canton of Geneva), Canadian (Quebec and Ontario regions), Monegasque and Spanish (Barcelona region) public holidays.))

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daytime back-up service for travel agencies
Specialist in Corporate / Business Travel services
Business ticketing (GDS expertise in Amadeus or Sabre)
Travel Management Company (TMC) and provides customers with dedicated or shared travel consultants.
Handling incoming and outgoing telephone, email and chat requests.
Provide information according to requests.
Booking, modifying and cancelling air, rail, hotel and car rental services via our client's GDS or BtoB sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years experience in ticketing, Business Travel Agent
Knowledge in Sabre or Amadeus.
Multitask, organised, Expert in Corporate Travel Agent living in Portugal.
Language: French and English.
Team spirit, empathy, diplomacy, flexibility and adaptability.
Reactive, autonomous, astute, rigorous and able to control stress to deal with emergency situations.
Good knowledge of B2B/C sites
Fluency with IT tools essential, autonomy and thoroughness.
