Creative Coordinator - Immersive Experiences Salary: £200 – £230/Day Contract: Freelance Location: London – Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office Duration: 12 months minimum About the Role: DNA Recruit is partnering with a cutting-edge creative production agency specialising in immersive experiences. We're looking for a Creative Coordinator to support our client's dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for immersive events and a knack for organisation and creativity. As a Creative Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of planning major projects within the immersive space. Your role will be crucial in supporting the creative team, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless project execution. What You’ll Do: Team Support: Organise and schedule meetings, manage creative documents, and keep the team informed. Logistics & Coordination: Handle the planning and coordination of creative workshops and deliverables. Research & Development: Conduct research to support creative concepts and project needs. Budget Management: Oversee budgets up to £250k, ensuring smooth financial processes. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in event production, ideally with immersive experiences. Strong budget management skills. Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing projects. Passion: A creative thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions.
