:You would join the Customer & Business Insights team wich is part of the Customer and Sales Excellence WE within the Life Science SLS EMEA Commercial organization.As Customer & Business Insights specialist you will work in close coolaboration with the SLS WE Customer and Sales Excellence, SLS EMEA Sales Leadership Team , IT and Process Excellence translating all the business requirements into technology requirements, starting from the evaluation and definition of the data, creating database solutions, developing and designing technical solutions, tools and dashboards. You'll be fully responsible for all activities related to data architecture in order to develop technical projects as well as support the commercial strategies.The porpouse of this role is to design, deliver and lead data modeling to enable Commercial and Customer Excellence reporting, insights, predictive analytics and generative AI. Specific responsabilities include:• Create insightful reporting and dashboards for the commercial organization to increase efficiencies• Act as Business Partner, working collaboratively with the Commercial and Customer Excellence organization to understand their needs, and design scorecards and dashboards to support them to drive performance and improve CSAT. • Work directly with Commercial and CaSE Management to support them in data analytics topics• Usage of predictive analytics methods to support the development of fact driven management strategies• Develop of analytics tools in Tableau and Palantir Big Data environment• Evaluate and interpret data, with focus on predictive analytics and insights to support business needs• Execute or drive projects as needed and recommend and deliver process improvements• Generative AI • Drive, participate or propose improvement actions and projects to support the Customer Excellence teams and ensure best in class performance. • Document any process changes according to ISO guidelines• Act as a role model according to our HIC values to successfully drive change throughout the Customer Excellence organization. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field• Proficient in MS Office, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, CRM (Salesforce.com), Palantir, KNIME or similar• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, PySpark, VBA.Advanced proficiency in Excel functions such as complex formulas, macros, Power Pivots• Proficient working with extracting, formatting, validating and analyzing large data set.Experience designing, building, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality data sets in a lean manner.Experience using big data analytics applications and programs such as R preferrA sound knowledge of written and spoken English
