Exciting Opportunity: Customer Engagement Loyalty Lead for a renowned Global Retailer DNA is thrilled to be working exclusively with a renowned global retailer to recruit a Customer Engagement Loyalty Lead for an exciting new initiative. Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in designing and launching digitally enabled customer engagement loyalty initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment? If so, we want to hear from you! Essential skills: 7+ years of relevant industry experience Proven experience in designing and launching new customer propositions using data driven approaches to design and run market trials Specific experience in designing and/or managing a digitally enabled customer engagement loyalty program Experience in change management programs and stakeholder engagement Strong retail knowledge and experience Commercial P&L management Excellent soft skills, including stakeholder management, leadership, presentation skills, workshop design and facilitation, and storytelling Bonus points: Background in behavioral science Expertise in communication, advertising, and media Multidisciplinary design experience Familiarity with customer engagement technology, including: Customer Data Platforms (i.e. Tealium) Digital wallets (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Pay, proprietary wallets) Voucher, deal, and lottery platforms We are seeking candidates who are either: In a mid-level position looking to advance their career In an executive position within an established brand customer engagement retail loyalty program, seeking an opportunity to shape a new program for a well known retail brand If this sounds like you, don’t miss out on the chance to join a global retailer and make a significant impact.
