Robert Half are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join a global, industry leading B2B SaaS business.Customer Marketing Specialist - B2B SaaS - 3 Month Contract - London (Remote Working)We are working with a leading B2B SaaS company we're looking for a dynamic Customer Marketing Specialist for a 3-month contract to focus on building customer advocacy and amplifying customer voices. You will create compelling customer stories, manage advocacy programs, and collaborate across teams to highlight customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute customer advocacy programs.Create and manage customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and success stories.Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce high-quality, customer-focused content.Manage the customer reference program and organize customer advisory boards and user groups.Monitor and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align advocacy efforts.Track and report on the effectiveness of customer advocacy initiatives.Qualifications3+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven success in developing and managing customer advocacy programs.Strong content marketing skills with exceptional written and verbal communication.Experience with advocacy platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
