Customer Service Adviser - South Oxfordshire Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in South Oxfordshire. No sector experience is required for the role and full training will be provided. Salary: £24,000 Hours: Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm ( 1 weekend in 4, with two days off during the week) Duties: Taking inbound customer service calls on behalf of our partners Providing advice and guidance to the caller based on the nature of their enquiry Creating a case file for each enquiry Liaising with the senior leadership team Gathering feedback from customer to discuss their experience and communicating this with all stakeholders Remaining on hand and in touch with customers and providing support when required Maintaining case notes within our CRM software Ad-Hoc market research and mystery shopping projects Office-based team role with daily KPIs and SLA targets to achieve Requirements: Customer Service experience is a massive advantage, however, training will be given Confident in speaking with people over the telephone Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and solve problems when they occur Good communication skills, both written and verbally IT literate Benefits: 20 + 8 Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Commission structure Free parking Performance related bonuses If you would be interested in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
