The key responsibilities within the role: - Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA's Working with a large number of clients and logging orders Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients Working within agreed timescales Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries Daily communication with established customers by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to customer issues We are looking for : - Candidates who must have strong communication skills, be computer confident (Microsoft Office Suite & Excel) Have the drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines - Possess a strong work ethic and want to become part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
