You'll maintain consistent reporting and communication with stakeholders, focusing on customer service data and potentially expanding into other areas. Your work is critical to providing clear, timely performance insights that support continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:Utilize Excel, Power BI etc to collate and represent data in a meaningful way.Extract data from systems as SAP (or similar)Track KPIs and prepare the required reports for the business.Collect relevant input data and validate reports.Preparation of RCA (Route Cause Analysis) for resolving business issues.Create and maintain vendor and product master data QualificationsWhat will you need to succeed? Demonstrated ability to interact with data and systems (SAP or similar is a plus).Very good knowledge of Excel & Office package.Affinity for data and analytics, analytical mindset and ability to handle large amounts of data.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Spanish.
