Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - London - £43-47,000 Are you electrically qualified with building maintenance experience? Are you interested in working on some exclusive contracts? If the answer is yes, then read on.... An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering tenanted areas of commercial Office Central London. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical ) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance teams on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Package £43-47,000 Basic Salary 23 Days Holiday Zones 1 - 6 Travel Card Pension Company Uniform, Mobile phone and Laptop Working for a Family Run business (Service Provider) Working for exclusive clients Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Handling Unit’s Building Management Systems Air Conditioning equipment Cold Water systems Heating and Ventilation systems Emergency lighting Fan Coil Units Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Requirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Please send your CV to Dan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more Information
