This is a great chance for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join a fabulous setting in the Marlow area. The setting offers spacious, light and airy rooms and a fantastic outdoor space where they prioritise individual care and learning for newborns to 5 year olds, whilst building strong parental relationships. As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the Manager in providing the highest standards of care, education, and compliance for children and help to manage the daily operations of the nursery, including building positive partnerships with staff and parents. In addition to an excellent salary for a 40 hour week, you can expect 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), your birthday off, professional development, well-being services, team events and celebrations, and much more. Responsibilities: Help to ensure the smooth running of the nursery along with the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families Inspire staff team with creative ideas and new challenges to continue their knowledge and skills development Create an environment where all children receive engaging experiences suitable for their age and stage of development Ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met throughout the nursery Ensure individual care plans are thorough and up to date for children or staff with health conditions Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification – ideally higher qualifications in childcare or leadership Previous experience of working in a childcare environment with management responsibilities Sound knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements Ideally, experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection If you're a natural leader with a passion for early childhood education, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
