Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – 40 - 45K – Hampshire I am currently representing an excellent facilities management company who have a exciting new opportunity for a mobile electrical maintenance engineer to join a growing HVAC team. They have been successfully operating for over 40 years providing a wide range of services to high end commercial clientele across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex & London. They are looking for an electrical maintenance Engineer preferably having worked in the building services industry, with experience to perform reactive and planned maintenance work on electrical, mechanical and building services PPM maintenance. The ideal candidate would be: • Able to perform Electrical PPM & reactive Maintenance • Planned preventative maintenance and fault finding on on UPS Systems/Emergency Light Testing/fire alarms and general building controls • Pumps/Motors/AHU’s & HVAC Maintenance • Solution orientated, put customer interest first and provide them with solutions to their problems. • Engineer who is confident in taking control of the situation and puts customer at ease. • Must understand and inspire others to complete relevant paperwork to a high standard. • Working across airports, colleges, universities and commercial office space • Literate with a solid technical background • Someone who can read and create technical documentation. Location of Work The successful candidate will be covering mostly Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, and Berkshire areas along with some work in London. Candidate requirements: • Level 2 city and guilds in electrical installations • 18th edition • Clean DBS In return my client is willing to offer: • 40 - 45K basic salary – dependant on experience • Van & Fuel card • Travel paid after half hour EW • Company phone & tablet – paperless system • 25 days holiday + 8 days bank • Company private pension scheme • Vitality health insurance • Call out 1 in 6/7 – 120 pound standby – rarely are calls not very frequent – minimum of 4 hours @ overtime –D2D on weekends • Overtime is 1.5 in week & X2 on Sundays & bank If you feel you would be well suited for the role or would like to find out more, please send me your up to date CV or contact me to discuss.
