We harness transformative technologies to help life sciences companies accelerate innovation to unleash business potential and make a greater impact on human health.Job OverviewEMEA MDM Technology Lead will be responsible for MDM Offering Definition and supervision of all the initiatives related to MDM technologies delivered for our EMEA clients, the candidate will support as Subject Matter Expert both sales team for business development activities and project teams for delivery.Essential Functions·Defines offering related to MDM technologies·Contributes to answer to RFP and other Business Development activities, shaping overall solution and estimating effort, cost, and timeline·Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility ·Support project managers for changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs ·Aligns on a regular basis with IQVIA MDM Product team for understanding new elements included in the offering and also to influence product enhancements and roadmap·Supervises all EMEA MDM initiatives, connecting with IQVIA project managers and monitoring the progress (high level status, cost, issues, etc.) on a regular basis and spotting risks and suggesting mitigation actions·Supports Delivery as SME, engaging directly with clients·Recommends improvements and contributes to define actions for enhancing internal processesQualifications·Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline·>8 years of related experience in consulting or in playing as product owner/project manager for MDM initiatives, ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry·Solid project management and relationship building skills·Subject matter expertise to effectively manage MDM projects·Excellent knowledge of processes and challenges typical for MDM initiatives·Deep understanding of MDM Architectures·Good knowledge of MDM Tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO, etc.)·Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals·Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.·Excellent presentation and communication skillsIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
