    Votre nouveau rôle

    En tant qu'employé(e) pour le service après-vente, vous êtes responsable de la réception et du traitement des demandes des clients par téléphone ou par e-mails. Vous êtes en contact direct avec l’équipe de techniciens, afin de transmettre les informations nécessaires à une intervention optimale auprès des clients. Vous suivez le processus d’intervention, de la préparation du devis de réparation à la clôture du dossier. Selon vos connaissances et affinités techniques, vous apportez directement des solutions au problème rencontré par le client.

    Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience dans une fonction ou un domaine similaire.
  • Vous êtes quelqu’un d’organisé et faites preuve de rigueur et de proactivité.
  • Satisfaire le client est une priorité pour vous.
  • Vous justifiez d’un excellent niveau en néerlandais et en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin d’assurer un service de qualité.
