About The Role End-to-End Recruiter & Administrator Orbis Education and Care Salary: £25k-£26k FTE Full Time: 37.5 hours per week We’re a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. If you possess excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for making a positive impact, then this role is for you. Role Purpose: Combine recruitment, compliance, and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless talent acquisition, efficient office management, and adherence to regulatory standards. Core Responsibilities: Manage a small group of services collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Ensure timely compliance checks and verify Right to Work status. Conduct reference checks and coordinate occupational health appointments. Communicate new starter information to relevant departments. Perform routine risk assessments and stay updated on compliance regulations. Represent Orbis at recruitment events and job fairs. Manage social media accounts and postings. Maintain candidate records and ensure all candidates are fully compliant. Administrative Duties: Assist with recruitment administration and invoicing. Manage travel arrangements and general administrative tasks. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with various departments. Prepare reports and support company events and meetings. Requirements: Good general standard of education. Knowledge of recruitment in the social care sector is an advantage. Familiarity with GDPR. Certificate in Recruitment Practice or CIPD preferred. Experience in administrative roles, recruitment, and social media platforms. Skills & Experience: Strong administration skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Organised, energetic, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Attention to detail and accuracy.
