Job Title: Executive PA to Directors Location: Birchwood, Warrington (on-site) Salary: £35,000 to £44,000 per annum Role: Permanent - Full-Time We Are McCarthy. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, we are looking for a skilled, motivated and detail orientated Executive PA to Directors to join our dynamic team. As the Executive PA to Directors, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. You will be the right-hand person to our directors’, managing personal and professional commitments and working on special projects with the utmost professionalism. This will be a busy role managing the Directors’ daily schedules, handling communications, and coordinating various tasks and projects to facilitate their busy lifestyles. The role requires discretion, flexibility, and exceptional organisational skills. Executive PA to Directors Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Directors' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel and holiday arrangements Handle correspondence, phone calls, and e-mails on behalf of the Directors Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, events and social events Act as a liaison between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all activities Assist with special projects as required Maintain and update records, insurances and documents Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed Skills, Qualifications and Key Attributes Proven experience as an Executive PA or in a similar high-level administrative role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent technological proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Apple devices Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities A proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate needs Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as required What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A collaborative and supportive work environment If you’re passionate about finance, highly organised and want to be a vital part of our operations team, we’d love to hear from you!
