Job Title: Experienced Worktop Fitter Location: Bromsgrove Salary: Open, Depending on Experience Contract Type: Permanent A leading supplier of worktops, tiles, and kitchen and bathroom designs, providing high-quality products and services to retail clients and property developers. The company is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Core Duties: Install all worktops with the highest specification and precision. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solid Surface Worktop Fitter. Responsible for the high-standard installation of worktops in Quartz, Granite, and Ceramic. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure precise measurements, accurate installations, and exceptional craftsmanship. Perform daily duties such as maintaining company vehicles, completing sign-offs, and taking photos of completed work. Represent the company in a customer-facing role to the highest standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in worktop fitting and installation (minimum of 3 years). Comprehensive knowledge of various worktops and materials. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience in the fabrication of solid surfaces, specifically Granite, Quartz, and Ceramic.
