Fabric Engineer (Static Site)-Belfast-Up to £28,000 Are you a fabric engineer looking for a new role? Would you like to work mobile around Belfast? If so this may be the role for you! CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a fabric engineer to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis. This is working on various large sites in Belfast and requires the candidate to have previous facilities maintenance experience. This company looks after their engineers and career progression is at the forefront of the business. The ideal candidate will be situated in Belfast and come from an all round maintenance background particularly in carpentry and painting and decorating. Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday Key responsibilities: Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture Lighting (Lamping, etc) Painting & Decorating Tap temp checks/Hanging fixtures Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub contractors Person specification: Able to turn your hand to various duties Work effectively Client facing Hard working attitude Trades background preferable Driving license preferred Benefits: Salary up to £28,000 25 days plus bank Company pension Great career progression opportunities Company van and fuel card
