We are delighted to be working with a business based in Carterton that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, offering up to £34,000 + Study Support.Responsibilities: Post all daily bank transactions for approvalAssist with month end proceduresAssist with year end auditAssist with managing the accounts receivable mailboxAssist with handling customer calls regarding payment matters and chasing overdue debtAssist with managing the accounts payable mailboxAssist in investigating and resolving discrepancies in quantity or price on invoicesSupport with resolving and responding to payment/invoice disputes/queriesAssist with reconciliation of supplier statements and address any discrepanciesScan, file and log all account documents to IFSSupport the Team Leader with adhoc work and projectsWhat they're looking for:Previous experience in a similar positionWorking collaboratively as a TeamExcellent communication skillsGood IT skills including ExcelRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
