JOB TITLE: Finance Business Partner LOCATION: Exeter/Weston Super Mare SALARY: £34,593 to £38,437 The Employer: We are looking to fill the role of Finance Business Partner, within a housing environment, As well as meeting housing demand our client aims to enable local companies to recruit the workforce they need from their communities. The Role: Finance Partner for various sections of the business proved by the Business Finance Team Ensuring accurate budgets are applied to appropriate projects and spends Assessing and responding to business needs, as required Maintaining and developing systems for budgeting and financial reports Providing monthly forecasting, including Performance of variance analysis Regular meetings with Business Managers, where appropriate advice on spend will be required The Candidate: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to effectively and accurately present financial information A drive for professional development Understanding of Financial Spreadsheets and Databases Capable of organising, delegating and working to tight deadlines, precisely, with a good attention to detail Great level of literacy and Numeracy skills AAT qualified or qualified by experience Worked with a similar role within a housing environment SUMMARY: This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Exeter or Weston-Super-Mare office. A hybrid working style is an option.
