Robert Half Cambridge are working with a business based in Welwyn Garden City who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of company finances, timely and accurate management reporting and the management of finance department staff.This role is paying a salary of £47,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. The role is based in the office 5 days a week, with flexible working offered when required.Responsibilities:Accurate monthly production of Management Accounts for 3 entitiesEnsure all statutory records and payments are up to dateManage month end process to include journals, prepayments, accruals, commission calculations; cashbook, fixed asset register and stock and corporation taxClear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholdersMonthly payroll calculations and entry for UK.People management of two members of staffSkills and qualifications:ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience to a similar levelPrevious experience of managing a teamAble to manage your own workload effectively and efficientlyGood communication skills.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
