Robert Half are working on behalf of a Chippenham based business to recruit a Finance Team Leader on a 6 month contract.This role will suit someone with a good knowledge of transactional finance, including Accounts Receivable.You will enjoy supporting people in a small team, and be able to demonstrate a track record of leading teams in a collabrative style.Manage client accounts for all billing and collection areasManage bespoke billing invoice generation and corresponding billing reportsFacilitate client specified billing report changesSubmit monthly and daily postal invoicesAd Hoc invoicing for commissions, insurers, and clientsQuery resolution through credits or charges given to client as requiredManage client vendor portals to ensure they have updated and accurate information recordedGeneral maintenance and updating of all aspects of the Sales LedgerUpdate and maintain sales ledger database and filing systemWork to departmental and companywide KPIsEstablish contact with new clients and record accounts contactsContinual maintenance on Aged Debtor Compilation of official debt report exceeding 90 days provided to managementPreparation and sending of Monthly Direct Debit file after agreeing balancesApply cash received accurately to invoices and credit notesProcess vehicle disposal proceedsSupport Accounts Receivable Administrators on a daily basis and train new team membersPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
