They are seeking someone who is responsible for working with the sales and marketing teams to drive performance, whilst also being able to business partner with the CFO directly to drive change. They have been seeing great growth over the last couple of years and will continue to do so.RoleThe role of Finance Analyst in Central London is a key position within the finance team of this FMCG company and will be responsible for the following:Understand Market ambitions for the following year and build them into sales plans.Work with Commercial Finance Manager to produce the financial forecast for the S&OP cycle feeding into the relevant reporting decks through the cycle linking to market ambitions.Cash up of volume forecast to deliver P&L enabling trade-offs and potential actions to discuss with commercial team.Scenario planning and owning the decision making which can come from itUnderstand key risks and opportunities identified with the business and how to mitigate/deliver these options with sales & marketing.Lead the revenue growth management agenda for the UKLook to build return on investment analysis by customer, focussing on how effective our promotion performance is and how to maximise returns.Feed output of ROI analysis into senior stakeholder business decision makingAble to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance people helping them to understand the insight in the analysis performedDeputise for the Commercial Finance ManagerYour profileThis FMCG company based in Central London is seeking qualified accountants (ACA/ CIMA or ACCA). This individual would be required to be highly commercial with a real drive to gain an understanding of the business. Strong experience in dealing with stakeholders and good analytical background within an FMCG background would be essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate for engaging a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders. Highly numerate with strong analytical, and modelling capabilities enabled by advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Power Bi will be advantageousSalary and PackageThis Finance Analyst role for this FMCG company based in Central London is paying £55,000 -£65,000 basic salary, up to 20% bonus and many more excellent benefits.
