Financial Controller Permanent – Full time London £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits This Engineering consultancy based in London Bridge are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Financial Controller to join their team. They are looking for someone who can provide finance support as they grow and develop the business. You will be an effective communicator and able to work well with others. You will primarily report to their Financial Director, but will also liaise with the engineering teams in order to obtain information (e.g. invoicing details) and to provide them with general finance support. You will be responsible for managing invoicing including creating and sending invoices; raising credit notes if required and maintaining an invoicing forecast. Alongside this you will be managing purchase and debt ledgers, including contacting clients to agree payment dates etc You will also be setting up new clients, external consultants and suppliers on internal systems along with assisting with data analysis and managing the expenses. To be considered for the role you must have experience of using Quickbooks with a high level of accuracy and have an ability to check your own work. You will have a good working knowledge of excel, great communication skills and be comfortable managing your own workload. They are looking for a professional with more than 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment.
